Reviewed and updated time and attendance system for all direct reports. Provided linkage between Day and Residential Programs. Completed or supervised the completion of required/designated program documents including but not limited to specific diet protocols, community participation reports and attendance/utilization reports.

• Supervised medication administration, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living, complete required daily progress notes for assigned residents, prepare food and assist with immobile or disabled individuals, transport clients to doctor's appointment and errands , and other duties as assigned

• Promoted recovery, Monitored and administer medications, daily documentation, completed daily resident welfare checks and coordinated with facility staff to meet all resident needs, assisted and encourage ADL’s.

• Entered and reported clients' progress daily, enhanced patient wellbeing by supporting participation in recreational activities, maintained clean and well-organized environment for health and safety, prepared and served meals and assisted immobile or disabled individuals with eating

Provided hands on services to individuals who have been diagnosed with autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury with activities of daily living and assist in implementing prescribed teaching plans. Provided safe and consistent supervision of residents in accordance with their treatment plans that was designed to foster growth and development to each individual’s highest level of accomplishment.
