Born in a medium-sized city, Brownsville, Tx, I have learned to connect with my city even when moving to San Antonio to study to become a Physical Therapist. I have learned many skills in both my cities as they vary but are also similar, these include many in the health science field such as coordinating a blood drive to assisting kids with disabilities to perform and enjoy sports events. The medical and sports fields have always been the greatest interest in my professional career so Physical Therapy was the obvious answer for me when pursuing a career. Growing up playing almost every sport imaginable i have always understood the importance of keeping the body and mind healthy to perform at a higher level, eventually choosing tennis I saw this importance grow exponentially as the management of joints is a priority, with the help of my trainers in high school I got to experience this nurturing of professionals and seek to give the same care back.
