  • Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and CEO, I partner with our executive leaders, human resources partners, and other unit leaders to develop and implement solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance.
  • I provide expertise and guidance around organizational design and change strategies to support service lines on key performance indicators including patient loyalty, physician and employee engagement, fiscal commitments, and community involvement.
  • I work closely with the executive leaders to build an inspiring and authentic culture that must continually evolve with the changes in the healthcare landscape.
