Have worked in all things brewery related. Experienced in cellar operations including CIP, SIP, Filtration, Centrifuge operation, De-aerated water systems, and barrel work. Experienced in wort production including operations on systems as small as 3.5 BBL and as large as a fully automated 5 vessel 120 BBL system. Laboratory experience in making media, testing product, yeast cell counting, operating a Gas Chromatography instrument, specification analysis of product, and other various duties. Experienced in building small breweries from the ground up, hiring and training staff, recipe development, and SOP development.
