I consider myself to be a well-rounded and compassionate special education teacher skilled at addressing each student's unique needs and creating effective lesson plans to accommodate special circumstances. I provide appropriate and individualized instruction to build foundations for lifelong learning. I have experience in developing implementing, and acting as the teacher of record of Individualized Education Plans for students with disabilities. I remain focused on building students' strengths and confidence. I stay committed to providing students with structure, routines and dependability to foster social and academic growth. I am prepared to handle onsite, online or blended instruction as needed. With teaching during the pandemic, I am versatile to provide instruction in various academic settings and/or scenarios.
