• Checked Schedules to identify which machines needed setup along with which molds and parts needed produced
• Follow proper setup procedures such as proper plastic type, purging injection tips, inspecting ejection pin opperation, ejection pin pressure
• Hook up oil coolers to molds if needed.
• Hook up water coolers and properly inspect inlet and outlet nozzles to prevent overheating
• Maintain proper fork truck knowledge and safety while transporting very heavy molds to and from the tool room
• Tear down and clean molds, check for broken ejection pins, remove plastic debris, prepare the mold for its next setup.

• Examine Blueprints and Design procedures for projects
• Operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses, etc

• Maintained tight tolerances with design specifications on new production molds.

The owner bought a seperate lawncare business in Fairfield in 2019 and put me in charge of managing it, such as hiring my own help, bidding on jobs, advertisement, etc.

In 2020 i started my own lawncare business.

Dexter Weld Shop- (Mig Welding)

• Cabinet weld- Learned every process in cabinet weld and have done anything from 20# machines to 120# machines and everything in between
• Big Base- Moved to big base area following cabinet weld to extend my welding knowledge on thicker material along with thicker welding wire. Learned how to build every big base efficiently and used the best of my ability to excel past quality standards.
• Small Base- Learned all the small washer bases and how they go together

• Learned, Trained and Studied on proper welding techniques, welder settings for various wire sizes and material thicknesses, along with accurate gas mixtures for various metal and alloy types.

Tig Welding-

• Studied proper tungsten stickout, heat settings, tungsten types, gas mixtues etc.
• Welded anything from thin 22 gauge stainless to thick angle.
• Welding washer tubs to meet quality and leak tests
• Welded washer control panels, top panels, front panels, lower service doors etc.

• Tig Robot trained and have made and tested all programs on that machine.

As a flex worker i have worked in all departments and have does various jobs in each.

Along with running all production jobs in the weld shop i have also been trained on the Tig robot by the service technician dexter brought in. Along with some training on the Mig robot.

I have training on the waste water system (ALAR)

• Checking and maintaining PH levels to meet city water requirements
• Monitoring PH and Conductivity levels on the paint line parts washer and adding soap, zirca seal etc to manage said levels.

I have also spent alot of time training new welders on Tig or Mig processes to pass weld tests, along with training and leading of current welders and or assembly workers on new jobs or bid transfers.
