  • Ten year DOD logistic /commercial warehouse experience. Inventory analyst experience in supporting team to provide logistical services to various DOD clients and government facilities (USS ships, Shore Commands and Navy Museums)
  • Led actions for coordinating the first ever SURPAC initiative for a ready Repair Locker at the Damage control Warehouse during the tragic USS Bon Homme Richard LHD-6 fire incident resulting in pre-staging over $800,000 dollars in Fire Fighting equipment accessible to all USS ships in our Navy’s Fleet firefighting responders.
  • Managed inventory of $18 Million Dollars in Damage Control equipment and tools, ensuring the Pacific fleet command units are better equipped to combat fire casualties and maintain the highest readiness state of Damage Control combat.
  • Managed / Team leader- 15 Sailors daily with processing DC equipment inventories and recouping of Damage Control gear vital for reutilization of COMNAVSURPAC assets in firefighting gear for all USS ships ,exceeding over $15 Million dollars back to our Navy's Fleet and ensuring SURPAC assets are one hundred percent operational ready for use.
  • Led the initiative to inventory, collect and distribute over $7 million in ( DC) gear offloaded, received from (4) Decommissioning ships USS Lake Champlain, USS Mobile Bay, USS Bunker Hill, and USS Cowpens. All assets /Dc equipment was processed and inventoried saving the Fleet and tax payers millions of dollars with vital equipment essential to ensuring the Pacific Fleet units were better equipped to combat casualties and maintain the highest state of Damage Control readiness.
  • Analyzed inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
  • Implemented automated reporting systems to enhance accuracy in inventory tracking.
  • Identified trends in inventory discrepancies, recommending solutions to minimize future occurrences.
