Maintains the integrity of the Inventory, overseeing the receiving and the outgoing shipments.

Organizes inventory counts to insure a good inventory.

Checks all receiving to insure items are complete and correct in accordance to the Purchase Orders.

Plans rework if there is any needed for a Purchase Order items.

Works with Supply Chain Manager to insure inbound shipments are on time and complete.

Reports to the Supply Chain Manager any issues with inbound shipments so he can inform the shipper and/or Manufacturer of problems with the freight.

Organizes out bound shipments to insure the highest standards of quality.

Works with the Supply Chain Manager and Accounting to insure all information for outgoing orders are complete and correct.

Performs a backorder report for all sales orders to insure the proper inventory is on hand and all items meet the highest standards for our customers.

Keeps track of the picking and packing for all customer orders to insure there are zero mistakes.

Insures all information on the sales orders are correct when it is sent to other divisions after the picking is complete.

Answers all questions regarding personnel to HR.

Manages the training for all new personnel and insures the warehouse staff keeps current on any new procedures.

Insures the warehouse has the materials to complete all tasks.

Places orders for any and all equipment, boxes and various warehouse and office supplies that are needed.

Insures the forklift checklists are being maintained and that any issues get reported to the Operations Manager.

Organizes the daily activity for the warehouse staff.

Maintains a calendar for employee’s time off to insure sufficient staff for each day.

Signs off on all Time Off Requests.

Manages the supervisors and their performance.

Insures the supervisors are trained and prepared for all daily duties.

Manages the locations of Pick Slots, Overstock and Dead Stock.

Prep and release all Target Sales Orders

Audit Target Sales Orders

Manages UPS and FedEx shipments

Insures all employees work to OSHA requirements

Oversees the Safety training and insures it is followed daily

Keeps tabs on inbound Purchase Orders and insures they are properly maintained and organizes

Backup for ASNs and routing.

Pick, pack and shipped Stair rods, Tapestry hangers and decorative floor vents
