As General Super for The Luxury Residential Division, I am building a 14 000 sf High-End custom Home on the bay and 14 Luxury condos. I worked closely with interior designers from Miami, New York, Canada, France and Brazil. The Luxury Residential division was closed after the directors left to open their company. I stayed with Plaza. I was transferred to the Commercial Division and was in charge of upgrading 107 white box units to finished units in One Paraiso, A 53-story high-rise building. I finished 90 units in Paraiso Bay, a 53-story high-rise across the street.
I then moved to the Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach and became Lead Super, and successfully closed out that project. During my leadership at The Ritz Carlton, the Covid Pandemic hit, so I developed the Pandemic Guidelines and Procedures along with my senior PM and we implemented them. This was immediately adopted by Plaza used nationwide and adopted by other companies.
She was promoted to General Superintendent and Co-Director of the New Luxury Homes Division in 2020 and developed relationships with developers and private clients, designers, and architects. We worked through preconstruction and had nine homes to go under contract and more in the queue when the management for Plaza NY closed down all operations.

As Project Manager and Estimator, my work was to manage projects and staff, meet prospective clients, estimate, and sell. We would renovate homes, commercial properties, and condos. I was also in charge of maintaining a good relationship with Mercantile Commerce Bank, for whom I built several of their branches from Palm Beach to South Miami and also several renovations to the Main Headquarters in Coral Gables.

General Super is overseeing the complete upgrade to Miami Veterans Hospital. We upgraded the 4th floor, which is the Radiology and surgical facilities. Contraction of 6 new specialized radiology rooms and the newly expanded Special Operations Procedures room. Three-year project.
