Conducted driver hiring processes, selecting qualified candidates for open positions. and orientation. Scheduling the training they receive and who they train with. Keeping an up-to-date daily schedule for our drivers. Working with our routes and our router daily to see if there are changes or any way to run the route in a more efficient way. Communicating with drivers daily at all times of the day to make sure they have everything they need.
