•Assume responsibility for all dimensions of the school operation in the absence of the principal. Assists the principal in the general administration of the school; screening and recommending personnel; preparing teacher and student handbooks; planning and coordinating, with the principals
•Works collaboratively with high school and district administrative teams to insure successful implementation of school and district mission and strategic plan goals
•Implements Board of Education policies and regulations, school goals, and performance responsibilities in order to ensure that all students are provided every opportunity to reach their full potential.
•Works with instructional leaders in assessing student learning needs and assists in developing programs designed to meet those needs.
•Meets with teachers to study common problems, reduce conflict situations, and provide special guidance.
•Coordinates the articulation, policy development, and application of student evaluation procedures (report cards), and attendance reports.

•Collaborates with instructional leaders to produce Program of Studies in order to develop the master schedule for all high school curricular programs.
•Works with special education staff to ensure that appropriate services are monitored and delivered through Planning and Placement Teams and supports SRBI Program and strategies to support student learning.
•Works closely with students and parents to ensure that school rules and regulations are understood and followed.
•Assists in the development of staff development programs for teachers and instructional leaders.
•Develops duty assignments for professional staff. Assist in supervision of classified staff (secretaries, nurse, aides) to monitor effectiveness, work-load, and assignments.

Additionally, I applied strong classroom management skills, cooperative grouping in order to work with diverse learning populations.

My responsibilities included overseeing school discipline for 7th and 8th grade, including bus discipline. Primary responsibility for the oversight of PPTs and annual reviews. I also manage all clubs and afterschool activities. I am responsible for the curriculum leadership in the following areas; Math, Science and Physical Education. I am directly responsible for the supervision of certified and noncertified staff members at Carmen Arace Middle School.

I had the responsibility for the direct supervision of noncertifed and certified personnel (47). I was responsible for the curriculum leadership in the following areas; Physical Education, Art, Health, Math, Science, Social Studies, World Language, and Language Arts. I had oversight of the discipline program for 7th and 8th grade students. My responsibilities included program oversight of PPTs and annual reviews. I managed student activities including all clubs and sports activities. I managed all school based co-curricular activities, including assemblies. My additional responsibilities overseeing day to day school operations and routines.

My responsibility was to develop each student's academic and social and emotional capacities. I implemented and delivered instruction for math and social studies through the curriculum. I established a positive classroom environment. I assessed students needs and progress and met all professional responsibilities. I also served as a Team Leader and worked as direct liaison between the building Principal, colleagues and parents. I also served on a curriculum committee for Social Studies. I collaborated with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lesson plans.
