Part Time:

While caring for our aging friend (who’s since passed) I provided all building maintenance for Lou’s 2200sqft custom home.

Primary tasks: too many times to count I used a plunger or toilet auger to unclog the home’s two toilets.

Rebuilt one vanity and one kitchen sink plumbing, caulked bathtubs, repaired/replaced shower valve. Some rodent abatement.

Part Time: worked as owner contractor, where I took an illegal duplex in Vallejo and rehabilitated it into a completely legal duplex through all phases of building inspection.

I did:

Plan draw to scale, submitted to city zoning, and building inspections.

Demo

2 complete Kitchen Re-design/remodel, managed cabinetry installations. Did all required plumbing.

2 complete bathroom remodels (new tub/shower, vanity, etc) did all required plumbing.

Repiped water Supply

Site managed removal of 13 dump trucks of top soil from front yard

Managed concrete pour per submitted plans for retaining wall and two new parking spaces

Sheet rock (mud/tape/texture)

Installed wall-heating unit,

Did all my own carpentry, plumbing, indoor & outdoor tile, electrical-finish, insulation, etc.

Full Time: Installed Plumbing and Pipping For Hospitals, Refineries, Schools, and Extremely High-End Residential.

I would go on to get my C-36 Plumbers License, running my own plumbing installation company, and managing employee plumbers. Also worked on copper re-pipes. Serviced my own accounts.

Full Time+ (typically 50+ hrs weekly) Primarily focused on plumbing installation for extremely high-end homes in Contra Costa County. Also did plumbing installs for condominiums, track-homes, and apartment buildings.

Did all phases of residential plumbing, waste/water/gas, set finish, always passing inspections.

Part Time: Pulled permits, for roofing/electrical/plumbing/windows, detached garage, etc. Passing all inspections through final.

Personally/individually did all design, electrical trim, plumbing, carpentry, hung-sheetrock/mud/tape/texture, and tile install for: second bathroom, relocated kitchen (and subsequent carpentry, plumbing, tile), mud-room washer/dryer (framework, tile work, and gas), added 3rd bedroom, and built detached garage from ground up.

Serviced property for following two years as a rental (unclogging occasional backed-up toilet using toilet auger).
