When I’m on the clock, I’m on the clock. I don’t take phone calls until my lunch break. I get paid a wage I agreed to work for and I’m honest to a fault at making sure an employer gets the labor out of me they expect.

I work diligently, and when occasional physical limitations allow, I prefer to hustle as I take a lot of pride in what I do.

Part Time:

While caring for our aging friend (who’s since passed) I provided all building maintenance for Lou’s 2200sqft custom home.

Primary tasks: too many times to count I used a plunger or toilet auger to unclog the home’s two toilets.

Rebuilt one vanity and one kitchen sink plumbing, caulked bathtubs, repaired/replaced shower valve. Some rodent abatement.

Part Time: worked as owner contractor, where I took an illegal duplex in Vallejo and rehabilitated it into a completely legal duplex through all phases of building inspection.

I did:

Plan draw to scale, submitted to city zoning, and building inspections.

Demo

2 complete Kitchen Re-design/remodel, managed cabinetry installations. Did all required plumbing.

2 complete bathroom remodels (new tub/shower, vanity, etc) did all required plumbing.

Repiped water Supply

Site managed removal of 13 dump trucks of top soil from front yard

Managed concrete pour per submitted plans for retaining wall and two new parking spaces

Sheet rock (mud/tape/texture)

Installed wall-heating unit,

Did all my own carpentry, plumbing, indoor & outdoor tile, electrical-finish, insulation, etc.
