In addition to my IT expertise, my journey in the IT field was ignited at a young age. At the age of 9, I owned my first website, which garnered an impressive daily visitor count of over 3000 visitors a day back in the year 1998. This early exposure to the online world sparked my passion for technology and set me on the path to where I am today. Throughout my years in the IT field, I have always enjoyed taking on challenges and solving issues that others may find difficult. I am efficient in managing ticket loads and proficient in using various Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. In the IT industry, being a team player, proactive thinker, and effective communicator is crucial. Patience is a virtue when dealing with customers and their problems, and I pride myself on maintaining a calm and polite demeanor. The proactive side of IT has always intrigued me. Multitasking is a key aspect of this industry, and I have learned to prioritize issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
