I oversaw all operations, including lift training for the receiving department.identifying and tracking KPI‘s. In real time. Made business decisions that affected local markets, Houston, San Antonio And Austin. Assisted with maintaining our delivery fleet.

Attended weekly manager meeting and reported back to the Director of logistics directly. I was involved with making sure proper procedures and policies were being followed correctly . I oversaw all the training and all the hiring for new associates in the warehouse. The warehouse consisted of about 100 people all who reported directly to me.
