Started as an apprentice technician in aiding and assisting a master technician in removing and reinstalling windshield safely. During my tenure I was able to move up from season to master technician in 5 years , which allowed myself to travel to different states and city to assist other markets to reach their quotas. Became very proficient in diagnostic recalibrations while learning in mechanical work as well. While my final years as a technician , I studied to learn how to read schematics , work on heavy machinery and operate them as well. Wanted to move up to management but unfortunately didnt make it.

Was almost like a journeyman in plumbing and hvac systems. Taking care of customers, making their property was safe and secure while dealing in customer's satisfaction.
