Flooring contracts complete replacement of subfloor, floor joists tiling and laying laminate flooring. Built free standing wrap around deck adjacent to an existing above ground pool measuring 8'x20'. Poured footings, set posts and installed 300 linear feet of sixfoot perimeter wood fencing.
- Numerous exterior painting contracts. Poured concrete patio, setting forms and finish stamping and staining work of same.
- Contracted with Charlotte County Parks to repair and rehab park pavilions and maintenance of the buildings.
- Complete remodel of a 2200sqft, 4bd, 3bth pool home utilizing contractors and sweat equity acting as the General Contractor for a personal house flip. Rebuilt screen cage and rescreened same.
