Performed content and specification analyses on cheese and whey using various lab instruments and food scans. Conducted environment and sanitation audits, and calibrated lab equipment and computers.
Milk Specialties Global: 3 month temp. assignment through Lab Support, December 2015 – February 2016:
Performed various chemical and quality specification testing on whey powders and liquid samples, in particular ether/alcohol fat extraction and reagent based soy and gluten testing. Also operated moisture ovens and microwaved analytical balances to determine relative content of moisture, solids, fat, ash reduction, and other content specifications.
