Patrick Kouri

My time with 10Box/Harps started as a part-time hourly associate. Over the years, I have climbed my way up from full time associate, to assistant team leader, and now, team leader.

As produce team leader, driving sales through excellent customer service is paramount to my role. This includes assisting our customers in locating product and helping to load product into their carts; answering any questions customers may have about product on display, such as country of origin and prices; and initiating conversation to make our customers feel welcomed. Overall, my role very much encompasses making customers' shopping experiences as fulfilling as possible. Moreover, other duties I have include ordering product, merchandising product on display set ups, controlling and counting inventory, and training and supervising clerks to ensure our team success meets sales goals.
