COACHING:

• Called offensive plays for Holland since 2014.
• Organized and facilitated team practices and scrimmages for high school football/baseball and middle school basketball.
• Worked closely alongside offensive football players and coaching staff during practices and games.
• Prepared football offensive play-book.
• Implemented training plans including quarterback/wide receiver exercises and drills to ensure players were prepared to executive offensive strategies.
• Cultivated a positive team culture by teaching respect and sportsmanship in a competitive atmosphere.
• Reviewed and analyzed game play film with players to identify the team's offensive tendencies, as well as their opponents'.
• Led Holland Hornet Football Team to five 10 win seasons in seven years (highlights including a 13-1 record in 2019 and a 12-1 record this past season in 2023). I've coached over ten All-State offensive players.
• Led the Holland Hornet baseball team to a combined 159-81 record over the past 9 years; also made the playoffs in baseball for the first time in 2015 in 23 years; and 8 All-State Players.
