Patrick McCaleb

My name is Patrick McCaleb,

I grew up in the South Texas town of Weslaco, where both my parents are originally from.

I attended Marine Military Academy in Harlingen, Texas for approximately half of my high school tenure. There I was introduced into an Aeronautical program allowing me to explore my passion for flying. I learned there that I wanted to be a Professional Pilot. After high school, I attend Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. I would continue to pursue my Pilot's license there, but would only remain there for two semesters. I returned back home and help my parents at their business, a local funeral home, until I found another flight school. I worked for my parents full time for about 3 months. I decided to move up to La Porte, Texas and train at Tri-Star Aviation, where I would continue obtaining hours for my Pilot License.
