Measure window and door projects. Job site visits to find out the scope of work needed for the service appointment. Final walk through with customer to ensure that the project is going as designed. Walk the job with the customer and address any issues that may arise during install. Close out the job.

Over see all phases of home building. Schedule all trades to ensure that each project keeps or exceeds the schedule required. Act as a liaison between the builder and county building officials for all inspections required. Walk with home buyers pre, middle and post build to answer any questions or concerns.

Overseen the projects sold from Pinellas all the way to Citrus county. Projects to include but not limited to window and doors, roofs, siding, soffit and fascia and gutters. Recruit new trades to keep up with the 20-30% growth each year. Ordered all material needed to complete each job.

Skillfully installed and measured windows and doors. Trained and mentored new install crews to ensure they were cab able of installing the RBA way.
