Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

  • I started as a line cook and quickly moved up to sous chef. The head chef cited my leadership and friendliness as the reason why. My responsibilities including ordering the products, keeping moral up on the kitchen line, and talking to customers about the food we make. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 they could not afford to hire me back after the restaurant closed down.

  • I was in charge of the Meat department, Seafood department, Bakery, Hy-Chi, Market Grill, Produce, Floral, Gas station, and coffee shop. Things like that. Helped them order when they weren't sure what to order and other miscellaneous objectives they needed to achieve.
