Upon taking over the Dairy Manager position, I've driven sales to upwards of $1,000 over my weekly projections week over week, as well as driven positive interaction counts up by almost 30%. By streamlining the freight working system in the back, I've been able to decrease work times despite larger loads to accommodate an increase in product. Within my first 6 months of being with the company, I have been promoted to Grocery Manager.
Pro Services manager is in charge of commercial sales to large clients, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy. I also manage the team to ensure they are following tasks given, as well as providing the quality necessary for the department. I help assist other departments as needed, and have customer interaction almost constantly. I was later moved to the Plumbing Department to help drive sales and lower theft related shrink. In the course of 6 months, I was able to stop shrink dead in its tracks, drive sales upwards of 10%, and bring in new systems to help keep the trend going. I later did the same when moved to Tools and Hardware where I stopped the shrink and lowered it by 68% from the previous year while driving sales into the green before I left.
As a retail associate, I aim to hit metrics for my store. I help assist with the purchase of phones, plans, accessories, and also protection for their devices. I handle opening and closing duties.
