I have been in customer service for 51 years. Starting at age 13, I have work to improve my customer skill set to ensure that I am providing an excellent customer experience. It was because of the influence of the members of the clubs that I worked in that I became extremely motivated to attend college. While I was in college, I wanted to get the most out of the opportunity and received 3 degrees in 5 years ( it was a dual degree program ). Although I have the degrees, I found that I preferred the club environment and after working in the engineering field for 1 year, I returned to the club business. This is what brought me to St. Louis. After moving up the rank, with extensive training, I achieve the title of Service Manager in Atlanta and was recruited by the Saint Louis Club, I moved to St. Louis, remarried, and shortly thereafter, was convinced to use my degrees. I resigned from the club, applied to U.E. and work for 20 years, Shortly thereafter, I started working a second job and did so continually. I have always been a hard worker and I achieved most of my professional and financial goals.
I retired in February 2020 and I am looking for a part-time job to keep me active and motivated. I will consider full-time work but it is not a necessity. I am available starting immediately and hopeful that I can be helpful wherever I am fortunate enough to be employed.
