• Teach kids how to balance sports with education

• Scout opposition, create training sessions, set schedules

• Develop student athletes to play in a system the coaching staff wishes to play

• GNAC ( Great North Atlantic Conference) Coachinh Staff of the year 2023

• Goalkeeper of the year and Goalkeeper Coach of the year 2024

• Develop players from as young as 9 all the way till 18

• Work with top level academy players

• Speak with college coaches to promote players ability to hopefully play in college

• Scout and draw players to join the club

• Test Ph levels

• Maintain tanks ( Water levels, inflow and outflow)

• Water levels from holding tanks or reservoirs

• Chemical balance ( Chlorine and Fluoride)

• Slug and water back up removal

• Maintaining properties (Tree cutting, lawn care, hydrants, property marking)

• Road repair( Pot holes, water gate boxes)

• Water line installation

• Snow removal
