My current job at CVS in Midland (after CVS in Big Spring closed in August 2025) consists of providing customer service, cashier duties, stocking shelves, help maintain store appearance, and work together with my team members on daily operations like opening/closing.

My job at CVS in Big Spring consisted of providing customer service, verifying right person with right medication for patient safety, making sure they talk with the pharmacist if they have any questions or concerns they might have. I assisted in restocking shelves, rotating products on the shelves, and checking for expired stock. During my shifts, I was in charge of keeping the store front clean and in order, and performing any other tasks as directed by my supervisor/pharmacist. I was a pharmacy tech in training and had a goal to becoming a pharmacy tech but do to abrupt turnover my role changed to floor clerk/cashier but however I still became familiar with pharmacy tech roles.
