Summary

My potential employer will hire someone who is a process driven, team building, leader. I take into consideration how the internal changes in my departments, effects our internal and external customers. One of my proudest moments in my professional career was at the beginning of my career at Pella, we moved facilities in March of 2020 (the start of the shutdown). I did this with almost no knowledge of the system, product and while continuing shipments and receiving products. I have received many rewards and bonuses for acts like these and from achieving results. Our Inventories have been decreased from quarterly to 3 times per year. Our last inventory was .38 of 1% accounted for out of $8.7 million.
