Job duties included creation of program and coaching development for the boys side of the youth soccer club. Saw over 6 "Elite Academy" teams and their coaches as well as the coaches and players in the 14-16 year old age range. Overall oversaw over 600 players and their development in the game. Duties included regularly traveling to regional locations for events, coaching learning symposiums, as well as constant contact with parents and family members of players.

Duties included running the operation and overseeing the boys side of the soccer club. Made sure that all teams, coaches, players, and parents had what they needed to be successful in their soccer needs. This included building session plans, designing styles of play and the overall communication of the club's mission to the families that we worked with. Oversaw about 300 kids.
