- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure accurate daily documentation of attendance, incidents, and facility operations.
Monitor safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the IOP site.
Assist with preparing for audits or site inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Crisis Response & Safety:
Act as the on-site point person for behavioral or safety concerns.
Intervene during incidents, follow emergency protocols, and complete required incident reports.
Maintain a strong presence to promote accountability, consistency, and a sober environment.
- Drug Screening
Drug screened clients and properly documented results
Rent Collection & Financial Accountability:
- Collect rent from sober living residents on a weekly basis.
- Provide weekly rental agreements or payment reminders to clients, outlining amounts owed and due dates.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, balances, and communication related to rent collection.
- Communicate any delinquent payments or financial issues to management.
- Transportation & Life Skills Support:
Provide transportation to clients for essential needs, including trips to:
Local gyms to support physical health.
Grocery stores or shopping centers for personal necessities.
Businesses or job sites to submit employment applications and attend interviews.
Support clients in developing life skills and routines that promote self-sufficiency.
