Amtrak
- Exemplify leadership and develop a strong safety culture with employees across departments while managing daily operation of the Amtrak Cascades, Hiawatha, Illinois Zephyr, Empire Builder, California Zephyr, and Coast Starlight train services. Also soon to add TCMC service in late February 2024.
- Recover and restore Amtrak Cascades service following train 501 incident.
- Work with NTSB and FRA as Amtrak Transportation designee following train 7 incident in Joplin, MT
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners and stakeholders including State Partners in Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
