Summary
Overall, Patrick has 28 years of experience working in the technology industry with Fortune 1000 companies in various industries on a variety of technology solutions. In the last 6 years, Patrick has worked with various companies in various industries deploying Intelligent Automation solutions. Patrick has daily interactions with F1000 SS&C Blue Prism customers concerning automation strategies and challenges leading to exciting use cases using RPA. Patrick currently supports several Blue Prism Customers in the healthcare vertical. Patrick has been working with the Automation COE team at Banner Health for approximately 16 months. Patrick has been onsite with the Banner team for two multi-day workshops to build new automations and for the recent 4-day healthcare summit at Banner. Patrick interacts with the Banner COE team, primarily Suzi Dack and Kim Anderson on a regular basis. Patrick also works very closely with the Blue Prism partner, Reveal Group, that helps Banner leverage the Blue Prism and Chorus Document Automation solutions. Previous to working at SS&C Technologies and Blue Prism, Patrick worked with many banks ranging from a few billion dollars in assets to the largest bank in the world educating the financial institutions on automation possibilities and implementing RPA solutions for Anti Money Laundering using various RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Softomotive (now Microsoft Power Platform), UiPath, and other IA/RPA companies. Patrick worked onsite with the business and technical teams as a part-time Business Analyst to ensure business requirements met the RPA/Automation POC solution goals. Patrick has presented the concepts of RPA and participated on panels regarding automation for executive audiences on numerous occasions for his Employer and for an executive IT organization called Society of Information Management, “SIM”. Patrick also managed his Employer’s two largest BPO clients working onsite in contact centers for two of the largest US Telecommunication/Wireless Companies for over 5 years on large employee outsourcing teams (onshore and offshore BPO services). Patrick was involved in the daily management of SLAs and other BPO goals such as Sales, Retention, NPS, and Customer Experience. Previous to his experience in Automation and BPO, Patrick spent ~18 years providing staff augmentation services (contract and full-time IT employees) to over 100 organizations. His experience in the staffing industry includes starting his own company and managing teams in several offices. Patrick volunteered for 20 years on two non-profit Board of Directors for SIM, the largest IT/IS executive non-profit organization in the US. Patrick has launched numerous start-up businesses and a non-profit organization.
