Performed all land duties from prospect to completion of well(s) including the negotiation and preparation of all land agreements, preparation of respondent list for all applications along with being an expert witness for all Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters. Worked with Land Brokers and Title Attorney's in their preparation of all ownership reports and drilling title opinions as well as division order opinions. Supervised division order analyst in the rendering of division orders to all working interests and royalty owners along with curing applicable title defects for each affected party for prior to payment of revenue.

Performed all land matters within area of responsibility in Garvin, Grady and Stephens County, Oklahoma. Worked with Land Brokers and Title Attorney's in obtaining title reports and Title Opinions. Delegated land matters and provided assistance to a staff landman in area of responsibility. Prepared respondent lists for all Spacing, Pooling, Multi-Unit and Increase Density Applications as well as provide testimony for Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings.

Formed Company in March 1996 with the purpose of purchasing producing properties in Oklahoma. In addition to and providing contract Due Diligence for all land related matters on Divestitures and Acquisitions on behalf of clients, Clients have included large public companies down to small independent Oil and Gas producers.

Primary responsibility was the Marketing of all Natural Gas and Crude Oil Production in all States. Majority of production was in Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Gulf Coast States. Responsible for soliciting Industry partners for the drilling of Company generated Prospects.

All functions relating to land matters in the Exploration and Production areas of Western Oklahoma and Kansas including supervisory of Oil and Gas Lease acquisitions, Regulatory and Preparation of Any Agreement relevant in said area of responsibility.

Worked as a Landman for 12 years for TXO Production Corp. (merged into Marathon Oil Company in the early 1990's) in their OKC office.
