Restructured to develop a robust music curriculum, and was approved by the University of California A-G Course Management Portal (UCOP) with the addition of Symphonic Band, Latin Jazz Band, and Digital Music Production.

• Select Band/ Jazz Band performs a variety of different ensemble styles, focusing on swing, rock, popular, world and other musical genres
• Beginning Guitar: learned basic skills necessary to read music and play the guitar alone or with other musicians
• Orchestra: students received group and individualized instruction using music written for a string orchestra
