Cooking, working out, raising my grand children

Cooking: it all started when I went to a YMCA camp as junior counselor and was also responsible prepping food in the Kitchen.

That lead to being a short order cook in Grand Central Station and cooking at home, They say my 3 meat/3 cheese lasagna can't be beaten .:)

Working Out: I played  a lot of sports growing up: primarily sand lot football, cross country track. and of course stick ball in the street with of course a Spaldeen; however, my true sport was Rugby: 15 years for the Old Blue, Columbia's rugby club....we won 5 national championships - not bad for a bunch Ivy leaguers.

After that I continued to work out: 5 days a week: 1.5 miles walks, 10 calastenks at 50 reps, plus weights at the same reps level.


Grand Children: My son married into a white trash family, divorce was eminent from the wedding day! they got divorced 3 years later with a split custody agreement. We moved  o Colorado to help raise the kids
