Corporate Safety and Health Standard Work Manager that supports Corporate Safety and Health using relevant industry best practices tools and skills to develop new standard work and continually review existing standard work. Responsibilities include: Facilitation to create, develop and enhance safety standards, policies and procedures, process maps, work instructions, guidelines, job aids and forms.

Responsibilities include: support and execute $80 Million fleet purchase plan, adding EV options to fleet profile, EV reporting to Department of Energy, business administrative support to include, SAP work management system WEX fuel card program, fleet licensing and permits, fleet rental equipment, fleet buy-out strategy, fleet auction and reinvestment strategy and fleet policy and Employee Assigned Vehicle program.

Provide leadership and support for special projects and initiatives for fleet operations to improve cost, quality and delivery. Facilitate lean principals and methodology and support of continuous improvement and performance throughout the fleet organization.

Responsible for the safe and productive execution of all statewide Pipeline Integrity projects inclusive of inline inspection, remediation and direct assessment project work. Work closely with System Integrity and Gas Control to coordinate pigging operations, outages to support pipeline remediation, in-service activities as well as projects to support monitoring internal and external corrosion and pipeline repair.

Responsible for the delivery of safe and reliable natural gas through our statewide pipeline system using compression horsepower. Manage the day to day operations of 7 gas compression plants strategically located throughout the state of Michigan. Total combined operating horsepower 171200. Total number of reciprocating and turbine engins=52.

Manage the Automotive and Equipment department for several service garages in the metro Detroit area.

Manage large format Bulk 24 and small format Pre-pick districts.

Responsible for managing Facilities and Fleet operations including: budget, customer delivery, maintenance operations, and employee development.

Managed production and distribution process and manufacturing plant which included producing Lays, Ruffles, Doritos, Frito's, Munchos and Funyons.

Wearhouse supervisor responsible for customer service serving the Metro Detroit area.
