Caregiver for 1 patient, working Friday night through Sunday morning each weekend, 12 hr night shift . I had dropped back to Saturday and Sunday, 12 hr night shifts. I helped her to the restroom, gave her water. She slept most of the nights but would also be up for 3 days and nights. She has Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

I helped Mrs Hopper when needed. Driver to Drs office appointments, ER. I stayed with her in the ER, Surgeries as needed. I would take her home and stay day and nights while needed. I helped with patients daily hygiene, she has a colonoscopy and bad bladder problems. I monitored her vital signs and gave her medication. She moved from Newnan to Fayetteville Ga in 2021. She has her husband to take care of her now.

• I moved in with my mother so she would not have to go to a nursing home. She had a triple heart bypass in 2009 and hip replacement.
