Patton Samuels

I babysat two kids Braeden (13) and Kandice (10) for a year and a half. We would go play golf most everyday in the summer and would do our homework before going to the golf course. The responsibilities that I had when keeping them was something that helped me grow as a person and as a man.

I volunteered with the local college in my town Austin Peay State University in the training room. The connection I had was the trainer they had used to be my personal trainer. I worked with the mens golf team and we went through stretches daily to keep their agility and mobility up to speed. We worked out 4 times a week and constructed the program to where we would bulk in the winter and stay in shape during the season.
