Actively support the Navy’s Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative by overseeing the modernization of legacy curriculum into performance-based, learner-centric training aligned with fleet needs.
Collaborate closely with NAWCTSD (Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division) to ensure instructional design efforts meet program goals, adhere to NAVEDTRA 130/136 standards, and reflect current training priorities.
