Instructional Systems Designer – U.S. Navy Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) Program

• Actively support the Navy’s Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative by overseeing the modernization of legacy curriculum into performance-based, learner-centric training aligned with fleet needs.
• Collaborate closely with NAWCTSD (Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division) to ensure instructional design efforts meet program goals, adhere to NAVEDTRA 130/136 standards, and reflect current training priorities.
• Provide oversight and guidance to contractor teams (i3) executing curriculum development
• Work closely with the contractor team (i3) to oversee the alignment of key instructional content and ensure accurate execution of design and development tasks per Navy guidance.
• Facilitate coordination between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), School House, and other Stakeholders to drive efficient, standards-aligned content transformation.
• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders and development teams; actively manage timelines to keep assigned tasks and deliverables on schedule.

• Served for 3 years as Project Manager for the Northrop Grumman Master’s Degree Program in partnership with Florida Tech, overseeing curriculum review and facilitating collaboration between Northrop Grumman stakeholders and Florida Tech faculty to ensure academic and program alignment.
• Initiate and create correspondence between Federal agencies/Industry and Faculty
