Amidst the challenges of the Covid era, I made a deliberate choice to pursue a career change. It was a unique period for many, and contemplating a shift from Capital Equipment sales during lockdown intrigued me. The truth is, I am inherently a salesperson. I thrive on making meaningful contributions and surpassing the goals set by my employer. I believe that a salesperson is motivated either by pride, seeking recognition, or by financial incentives. In my experience, exceeding expectations naturally leads to financial rewards. The prospect of being recognized on stage and receiving the top sales award at the annual kickoff meeting drives me each morning and motivates me to go the extra mile. I firmly believe in teamwork and that a salesperson should never face a lost sale alone. By leveraging resources and establishing multiple touchpoints between our organization and the client, I aim to deepen and broaden our relationships, becoming an indispensable asset to the executives who determine whether we earn their time and business.

Over the years, I have served clients in various industries including food & beverage, industrial, pharmaceutical, and wine and spirits. I have provided tailored solutions for shrink sleeve, pressure-sensitive, clamshell, flexible packaging, pouch, and folding carton applications. Additionally, I have gained some exposure to Thermoforming applications, particularly in signage solutions. During my tenure in market development, I actively engaged in Brand Manager conferences and collaborated with leading companies such as ConAgra, Kimberly-Clark, Proctor & Gamble, and other consumer packaged goods (CPG) entities. Upon reviewing the Multivac Portfolio, I see a natural alignment between the equipment solutions provided and the markets served, making it a compelling fit for further exploration and collaboration.
