As a HVAC helper I did many things to work hard. I helped put duck together with tools, connected flex and putting two boots and grills. I also put put duck sealant around the duck and flex. Another thing I did as a helper is driving the scissor lift, took me a while but got the hang of it I can also work residential and commerical.
