I started at ACE Ford in March of 2023 as a member of their Mobile Service Division, where I would pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, go over paperwork and speak with customers on the phone, and make sure their vehicles were returned to them clean and in a timely manner. I am now a full time Automotive Maintenance Technician, where I do vehicle maintenance, recalls, new vehicle inspections, and entry level repair work and diagnostic testing. On occasion, I go on ride alongs with customers to verify customer concerns during diagnosis.
I started my career in the automotive industry at Chilas Car Care as an apprentice. When I was under my apprenticeship, I would perform maintenance on all makes and models of automobiles. When I became part time, I started running my own service bay. I would frequently welcome and write up work orders for customers, as well as collect payment from customers. When the hours became available, I started working as a Gas Attendant, where I would constantly be communicating with customers, managing the cash flow for the day, and closing the shop.
