Summary

For the last 25 years I have been committed to my profession. Everyday I walk into the classroom I ALWAYS give my students the best possible chance to succeed. I take it very personally to be self aware and conscientious of the needs of all my students keeping in mind their educational history and home life. I am very proficient in integrating technology into daily lessons through the everyday teaching with a Smartboard for the last 15 years. For the last 5 years our students use their chrome books to complete various assignments through the Google Classroom platform. This past year was a challenge that I embraced with the Pandemic. I taught in a Hybrid Model. In the model I taught lessons virtually to my students at home as well as my in person students who attended in person 3 days a week. The groups alternated the 3 days in person every other week. My students did very well under these stressful circumstance . Most of my students thrived. I have worked with children in many different settings. Not only in the classroom, but also as a coach in the district for 20 years. I believe my diversified teaching ability would be an asset to your school district. Thank you.
