Accomplishments

  • From April 2014 when I joined Corporate, there is was no corporate accounts as it was a new department. By now, we are at 552 corporate accounts.
  • I also significantly worked on growth of liabilities from BIF 0 to BIF 74 Billion (equivalent to USD 27M) by the end of June 2024 vs. target of BIF 50Billion by Mid-year 2024.
  • In terms of asset, we came from BIF 0 to BIF 67 Billion (USD 22 Million) vs. a target of BIF 60 Billion (USD 20 Million) in June 2024.
  • I worked hard so that Corporate can be profitable for the bank. At the end of the month of June for the year 2024 the bank gain interest income from Corporate of BIF 7.9 Billion (USD 2.3Million) vs. target of 6 Billion (2 Million) and in terms of fees and commission I recorded BIF 3.1Billion (USD 2 Million) vs. target of BIF 2.5Billion (USD 885 000).
  • In 2023, a business case for lending for specific corporate customers was approved and it became a main business strategy for the Bank.
