  • Maintenance and TI Upgrades
  • Finished a $3M project targeted for a 24-hour time that included 35+ workers plus 3 subcontractor and vendor companies. Overhauled the building's water system, fabricated new conference rooms, and upgraded all electrical systems.

  • Guided a 5-month $800K project incorporating 10 workers and 8 subcontractors/vendors. Rebuilt 6K-sqft. of floor space on the second floor of an occupied 3-story building and outfitted a new 1200-sqft. level 2 laboratory.
