• Ended a 4-month $6M project on schedule while integrating 20+ workers and 12 subcontractors/vendors.
• Built 30K-sqft of new floor space including 10K-sqft. of office facilities and a 5K-sqft. cafeteria.
• Assembled 800-sqft. of temporary walls to mitigate dust and noise while 1,000+ Nvidia employees maintained regular working hours at the same location.
• Upgraded electrical and fire systems within the building and passed all inspections the first time.

• Maintenance and TI Upgrades
• Finished a $3M project targeted for a 24-hour time that included 35+ workers plus 3 subcontractor and vendor companies. Overhauled the building's water system, fabricated new conference rooms, and upgraded all electrical systems.
• Concluded a 24-hour project in 14 hours and within budget.
• Lake Pharma Biologics — Redwood City, CA
• Laboratory and Office Upgrades
• Guided a 5-month $800K project incorporating 10 workers and 8 subcontractors/vendors. Rebuilt 6K-sqft. of floor space on the second floor of an occupied 3-story building and outfitted a new 1200-sqft. level 2 laboratory.
• Installed firewalls, HVAC fire-dampening system, fume hoods, and a waste disposal system in the laboratory.
• Met timeline objectives despite a 40-day decrease in project deadline.

• Traveled between different work locations and conquered milestones within targeted deadlines. Finalized 6 crucial builds, monitored material requisition requests, governed cost and resource management for subcontractors by issuing notices of non-compliance.
• Spearheaded weekly meetings between subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless schedule compatibility and power-hitting coordination of goals.

• Silver Creek Valley
• Actualized a "market-ready" 30K-sqft. commercial property by coordinating a crew of 15+ workers, along with 10 vendor and subcontractor teams. Fulfilled plans for a complete "Underground Works" beneath the facility including all service piping. Erected all prefabricated iron framing for the structure.
• Equipped entire facility with Americans with Disabilities Act/ADA complaint pathways.

• Crafted sustainable procedures, defect plans, and co-designed assessment systems in partnership with engineers and consultants. Verified blueprints and identified needed facility repairs after inspections.
• Envisioned and implemented preventative maintenance routines that reduced service equipment downtime.

• Planned and conducted construction site surveys to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic metrics. Measured and marked property lines with theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems to determine latitudes and key topographical features while also coordinating work crews.
