I am a seasoned Operations Manager, that is involved in all aspects of the business. Proven to be loyal, disciplined and self motivating. I know what good looks like when it comes to all business and pride myself on that. I am in constant contact with my team, assuring them that if they need anything I am hear to help. I feel good fallow up is key to completing all task set forth, so I have made that something I excell in. I am cost conscious, however not to a fault. I know how to make money, and how to save it at as well. I care about my employees and there families, Safety is number one, and I want everyone going home to there families as left there families that morning.

Operations Manager

  • Hired as the Shop Supervisor I had a challenging task as I had to mainstream production all over the shop, by teaching correct process fallowing by the fab team.
  • Originally we were given a 12 month turn around time , however we quickly sped that up because how quick the management, and fab team bonded and completed task.
  • I was shop sup for 19 months when the existing Production Manager got an opportunity to be a General Manager at another factory. As he left for his new adventure, I got the opportunity to start a new one as well. I was offered the PM position and accepted.
  • As PM I quickly made gains when it came to labor, material handling, and purchasing. Myself along side the other managers at the factory made sure 320 would amongst the best factories in the company.
  • As GM's either promoted out or there be a vacancy in that and the AM position I was able to support both operation, and sales team members from the PM position.
  • I was shortly given the title of Assistant Manager, then the dual roll management positions became a thing, and there I was named Operation's Manager.
  • From this position I still play a vital roll in both sales and operations by providing quick response to inquiry's from both sides, thought processing, pricing, labor management, material management, fleet management, SC support, whatever else I can to contribute to the team

  • We contracted with large agencies to do retail remodeling.
  • We did that for a few years then decided that we would like to be home every night, so we found Tuff Shed.
  • Partnering with Tuff Shed I was able to work on my customer service skills, since I never had the opportunity to deal with public as much as I was while installing shed's.
  • Installing sheds was an excellent adventure, but when you partner with such an awesome company, just think how awesome it would be to work for them

  • Went to work for this company as a gluer feeder for a bobst tray forming machine.
  • After just a few short months I managed to become a machine operator.
  • I became one of the top performer's when it came to running these gluer folding machines and got a shot after only a couple of years and became a Team Leader.
  • I enjoyed the challenge of being a Team Leader, however at the early age of 22 I was not ready. As soon as I noticed, that I would set my self up for no to limited success, I requested to become an operator, and have my title removed.

Starter/Alternator Rebuild Specialist

  • Tore down and rebuilt used starters and alternators.
  • The used parts were refurbished, then we would reuse as many of the original parts as we could salvage in the rebuild.
  • I had an excellent opportunity while working there to take my first business trip to Indianapolis Ind, to assist in shutting down our factory there.
  • I would probably still have been there to this day if they had not decided to move our factory from my hometown to Mexico. I was offered the option but had to refuse.
