- Create and print work orders within MRP system while focusing on the required due date and customer specific requirements.

- Work with Production, Supply Chain supervisor to establish achievable schedule based on work personnel, equipment line, and raw material availability.

- Collaborate with team members including Customer Service, Buyers and Sales Reps to determine future customer product needs and timing.

- Understand lead times for the entire production process along with individual processes within the process.

- Publish the schedule and communicate it to the Production team to ensure the schedule is attained.

• Read and interprets production orders and pick tickets. Receives materials by manually unloading or operating forklift to move pallets, drums or large shipping containers.
• Calculates totals and extends weights , volumes; enters or scans appropriate data into computer systems.
• Moves materials to warehouse area; follows instructions to place materials in location by codes and data
• Read and interprets instructions to retrieve, assemble and prepare products/materials for shipment.
• Processes Hazmat shipments - including the classification,appropriate CFR/IATA packaging,manifesting, and shipping declarations
• Prepares required shipping labels, addresses, documents and certifications by using appropriate shipping programs to move product to correct destination including hazardous materials without delays or returns.
• Thorough knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and criteria therein necessary to offer hazardous goods for shipment to international countries

• Worked in various departments in the Coatings (paint) Manufacturing Cell, Followed procedures to blend proper types of amounts of liquids and ingredients into containers (pots,tanks,drums) 
• Transfer material into various containers using spatulas and scrapers.
• Trained in 5's housekeeping system.
• Qualified to operate pneumatic mixers,drum tumblers,pneumatic pumps,rexson ADU,Hydrum drum tippers.Transfer of raw material from drums to tanks using various tools.Replacement of drums on the ADU.
• Knowledgeable in waste streams of material Material Inventory System (Excel),removal and input of incoming and outgoing materials to maintain an accurate count of materials on hand.
• Collaborated with other shift leads to perform inventory cycle counts monthly.
• CMAG Bay 2 - Adjusted and manufactured batches using the Rexson (automatic paint dispenser) unit following laboratory instructions CMAG Bay 3 (current) check fill ticket for type of product to manufacture,check what vessel to make the product in (drums,pots,tanks,totes,pails),locate material using scan inventory gun,execute the batch and sample it to the lab Dry Grind Bay 1 (manufacturing in large quantities) check fill ticket for type of product to manufacture,check what vessel to make the product in (drums,pots,tanks,totes,pails),locate material using scan inventory gun, operate super mills to manufacture product,break down mills and service them,use transfer lines for each particular tank,execute the batch and sample to the coatings lab.
• Trained on/trained other employees on Lock out/Tag Out and Bonding/Grounding Procedures Wears all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)such as: hard hat,safety glasses,safety goggles,scorpio gloves,tyvek suits and 4 different types of respirators for certain levels of hazard codes(Chromate,Silica,Acids).

• Packed ice cream/goods for shipment onto various containers labeling with shipping information (packing slip,pro numbers) Maintained inventory of warehouse (foam,dry goods,equipment) Received ice cream/dry ice deliveries weekly.
