• Collaborated with consultant to form PHO between IPA (group of independent physicians and practices, primary care/specialty) and hospital to act as contracting/managed care entity.
• Negotiated to become first affiliate RSO (Regional Service Organization) of the Partners Community Health Network (PCHI).
• Over one year process, leading team that developed funds flow model to include equal sharing of surplus/deficits among PCPs, specialists, and the hospital.
• Led initiative to implement single shared model EMR for all physicians in the organization, fully integrated it with hospital’s Meditech system to enable physicians within PHO to access all information and shared same chart.
• Worked with team to customize EMR for specialists and PCPs to ease the transition.
• Leveraged shared EMR to get all PCP practices to Level 3 NCQA certification.
• Optimized EMR and team to consistently be the top performer among the PCHI RSOs on quality measures across all insurers.
• Employed funds flow model and easy customizability to return surplus dollars to physicians and the hospital every year.
• Partnered with vendor to provide Telehealth services in all PCP offices.
