CARER SUMMARY: I have 32 years of experience in the industry of streets, highway and road construction and infrastructure maintenance. Beginning in 1989 with construction materials testing, for the South Dakota Department of Transportation and Twin City Testing, through the late 1990’s. After accepting employment with the City of Rapid City in 2003, I earned a promotion in 2008 as Right of Way Coordinator in charge of approach, driveway and sidewalk permits, which included designing and management of construction and street rehab projects. In 2012 the City of Rapid City and Pennington County purchased TRAKiT, a database which they shared and utilized in order to coordinate and permit a large portion of right of way work in Rapid City and the surrounding suburbs. I take great pride in being organized and dependable, successful at managing multiple priorities. I also possess the willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
