- The overall responsibility for the processing of ACN Mktg payroll, in addition to processing Security requests for the HR:M access for the entire Dun & Bradstreet Corporation
- This entailed training new associates to the Shared Transaction System, and working closely with experienced team members
- Primarily responsible for producing HR:M Report Writers requested by all of the operating units within D&B.
Payroll Coordinator

- The lead payroll processor, and managers assistant, responsible for the payroll section
- Reconcile each payroll for all salary dollars and employee deductions
- When necessary assist all of the payroll processors with their duties, while constantly building their knowledge of the payroll system (Dun and Bradstreet Software) this was formerly the McCormack and Dodge payroll system
- Make the necessary adjustments to employees records to assure accurate and timely receipt of their W-2 forms
- This payroll section was converted from a proprietary payroll system of A.C.Nielsen to D&B Software in December of 1990
- Prior to the conversion, the payroll section prepared all the required State and Federal tax returns
- The required deposits of payroll taxes were made to the appropriate taxing authority
- These returns included, 940's, 941's, W-2C's, State and Federal Unemployment on a monthly or quarterly basis as required
- Fully experienced in all aspects of payroll processing and distribution, in a system that paid more than 7000 employees nationwide.

- Verified and reconciled reports with assistance to the accounting team at Teleflex
- Created SQL queries for reports necessary for audit purposed utilized by the Accounting team as well
- Assisted in the conversion of various companies from ADP and other payroll systems to VISTA, visiting the companies being converted for data conversion purposes
- At these visits other Teleflex personnel attended for the purposes of coordinating the HR data concering benefits and employee pension plans.
