I started my work in the trades as a millwright through a union apprenticeship. I became project lead just after I completed my training.
I ran most turbine projects as General Forman or Supt at Salem nuclear and Hope Creek Nuclear in Hope Creek, N.J.
I began my full time Supt position with Atlantic plant Management in 1991. I worked projects in Massachusets, NJ and NY. I later transferred to the Chicago, Il area and managed projects at Exelon stations. The scope of work was Turbine maintenance, Generator maintenance, Mark VI control installations, Gas turbine installations,(Elwood Energy and Kendall Energy)
I began my career with GE as a mechanical field engineer. I worked PM, and Lead Field engineer on many projects at various sites across the US. I assisted startup and completion of Port Washington units 1 and 2. I also performed many outages on these units and other WE energies sites.
I have managed valve outages at fossil and nuclear sites around the US.
I performed an upgrade on a unit at Bruce Nuclear in Ontario, Canada.
I have worked many generator rewinds and upgrades as well.
I work on a CNC router. I design and make wood projects for friends and family. I enjoy baking and cooking with friends and family.
